Heat Alert

During these difficult heat alerts we rely heavily on our air conditioner, no matter the cost. Here's a couple of quick tips that may help prevent your air conditioner from overworking and perhaps failing on you when you need it most;

1. Running your air conditioner in rooms not being used? Close the blinds and close the registers.
2. Do you notice a difference in temperature when you enter your basement? That's due to cool air falling and hot air rising, so close those basement registers.

Both will help to distribute the cool air, especially during these hot and long days of summer.
